Bay Street - This project will improve roadway safety to the citizens of Baxley by milling, leveling and resurfacing and re-striping on this street is from S.R. 4 and ending at the City Limits. This is a major arterial street which provides access to numerous residents, businesses, churches, developed sub-divisions, City Public Works, concrete plant and provides a connection between S.R. 4 and S.R. 19 located in Jeff Davis County.
