This project is to improve safety by extending roadway paving by installing 6in of GABC on 440 LF of unpaved section of roadway, level existing asphalt with 9.5mm and surface entire roadway with 9.5mm SP at 135lbs/sy from the dead end of McLean St to 0.2mile to Franklin St.
