Description
This project will repair and resurface approximately 0.31-miles of Rosemary Church Road, beginning at Brannen Street and running north to the Pulaski City Limits. This 2-lane major collector serves as a thoroughfare for North-South travel along the eastern side of Candler County. This roadway has extensive pavement failures with deep base reclamation recommended.
