Description
This project will improve roadway capacity and safety by resurfacing a vital corridor that connects Stillmore in Emanuel CNTY, Candler County, and Toombs County to HWY 1 N of Lyons GA. Substantial cracking is present with high traffic volumes, resurface with 90 lbs/SY of OGI and 165 lbs/SY of 12.5mm with areas of worst damage being patched with 4" of 25mm Asphalt. The 3.3 miles through Candler County is only 22' wide so it will get 2' widening on either side with 4" of 25mm asphalt.
