Description
Canoochee Garfield Road resurfacing will provide much needed improvements to a Major Collector road that connects the Garfield and Canoochee Community to the City of Swainsboro. Beginning at GA HWY 192 for 5.6 miles and Ending at the Garfield City Limits. A crack relief interlayer is necessary and shall be accomplished with OGI at 90 lbs/SY. A Surface Course of 12.5mm SP at 165 lbs/SY, shoulder building, grassing, restriping, and replacements of signage as needed.
