Description
Herndon Road resurfacing will provide much needed improvements to a Major Collector road that serves as a thoroughfare for North - South travel along the Eastern side of Emanuel County. Beginning at Canoochee Rd for 8.8 miles and Ending at the Jenkins County Line. A crack relief interlayer is necessary and shall be accomplished with OGI at 90 lbs/SY. A Surface Course of 12.5mm SP at 165 lbs/SY, shoulder building, grassing, restriping, and replacements of signage as needed.
