Description
Fairground Road resurfacing will provide much needed improvements to a Minor Collector road that serves as a thoroughfare for North Swainsboro, connecting GA HWY 57 to GA HWY 56. Beginning at US HWY 1 for 2.0 miles and Ending at the GA HWY 56. A crack relief interlayer is necessary and shall be accomplished with OGI at 90 lbs/SY. A Surface Course of 12.5mm SP at 165 lbs/SY, shoulder building, grassing, restriping, and replacements of signage as needed.
