Description
This is an existing dirt road that leads from Towns Bluff Road to a landing on the River. This is one of the most popular spots on the river to put a boat or kayak in for fishing and the road is currently dirt. This project will construct 8" of GABC or soil cement and 2" of 9,5 mm Superpave asphalt topping.
