Description
This project will improve roadway capacity on Donovan-Harrison Road from the City Limits of Wrightsville to the Washington County Line by resurfacing the existing roadway with asphalt concrete leveling and adding double surface treatment with sand seal. This road has not been resurfaced in many years.
