This project to improve the operation and safety of the City of Wrightsville system of streets and roads by making a right turn radius improvement on Hershel Walker Blvd at Lee St, and leveling, resurfacing and re-striping on Hershel Walker Boulevard from the intersection of Lee Street to the intersection of West Elm Street.
