This project to improve the operation and safety of the City of Wrightsville system of streets and roads by grading, draining, base, and paving on Deer Street from the intersection of South Bradford Street to the intersection of South Valley St. This sgement of Deer Street is presently un-improved and serves as access for emergency medical vehicles to transfer to helicopter transport.
