Description
Due to the frequent traffic and extensive wear of West Underwood Street and the potential safety hazards presented by the deterioration of the road condition, as well as the need for West Underwood Street to be a cut through from South Railroad and South Washington Streets, the City of Mount Vernon has chosen this road as a project to be resurfaced and rehabilitated. West Underwood Street is 0.16 miles long ans is located between South Railroad Avenue and South Washington Street.
