Description
This project will repair and resurface arterial and collector roads inside the Lakewood Heights Subdivision, more specifically described as 3rd Avenue. These roads serve approximately 30 single-family residences. This street received a PCI (Pavement Condition Index) of 6 and is part of our overall Paving Maintenance plan.
