Description
As part of Wayne County's overall economic development plan, US 301 South needs major improvements. While the road section is adequate for the most part, intersections at Sunset Blvd, Airport Road, and others need to be modified to meet increased demands created by industrial development in the Sunset Blvd area as well as the local airport access road. A major problem exists at Sunset Blvd and US 301 where trucks have a problem turning onto US 301.
