Description
North Fourth Street is the major access to Martha Rawls Smith Elementary School. The existing road is not designed to handle the increased traffic created by construction of the new school a couple years ago. This project will widen the road to 24' and resurface the entire width of the widened road. This will improve traffic safety and provide structural integrity of the road into the future.
