Description
Cowboy Road is the second route which provides access to Martha Rawls Smith Elementary School. Traffic on this road comes from the northwestern part of the county and is used by many as a cut through to get to US 84 / SR 38 and the businesses in that area, i.e., Walmart and several other businesses and restaurants. Widening and resurfacing the road will improve safety along the route particularly around the school site. Several school busses use this route to and from the school.
