Description
This project is to improve road conditions to allow for heavier traffic for farm to warehouse transportation. The project will begin at the Rochelle City Limits and end at the Crisp County Line. The road will leveled with asphalt pavement and resurfaced with double surface treatment with sand seal. The deteriorated corrugated metal pipes will be replaced as part of this project.
