Description
This project is to improve roadway capacity and safety by asphalt leveling and resurfacing. Bowen Street is a main collector street in the City of Abbeville as it carries traffic from the county into the City. The project begins at McCampbell Street and extends to the City Limits. This section of roadway is used extensively during the harvest season by local farmers bringing their crop to town and to carry rural families to their homes.
