Description
This project will improve roadway safety to the citizens of Rochelle by patching, leveling, resurfacing, and restriping on Dykes Avenue from Ginhouse St to Mills St. This street serves a major residential area and provides access to a very active local church. The resurfacing will also preserve and greatly increase the useful life of the deteriorating infrastructure.
