Description
This project will improve roadway safety to the citizens of Rochelle by patching, leveling, resurfacing, and restriping Bessie Ave from Gordon St to Jackson St. This street has many potholes and the resurfacing will also preserve and greatly increase the useful life of the deteriorating infrastructure.
