Description
This project will improve roadway safety to the citizens of Rochelle by patching, leveling, resurfacing, and restriping Lee Street from Railroad Avenue to Dykes Avenue (formerly 2nd Ave NE) and continuing on Dykes Ave to the intersection of Stephens Street. The resurfacing will also preserve and greatly increase the useful life of this rapidly deteriorating infrastructure.
