Description
This project will improve roadway safety to the citizens of Rochelle by patching, leveling, resurfacing, and restriping of 4th Avenue from Pine to Ginhouse Street and continuing on Ginhouse Street to the intersection with 5th Avenue. This roadway is heavily used to transport agricultural products. The resurfacing will also preserve and greatly increase the useful life of the deteriorating infrastructure.
