Description
This project will improve roadway safety to the citizens of Rochelle by patching, leveling, resurfacing, and restriping Herbert Street from 1st Avenue (US Hwy 280/ GA 30) to 2nd Avenue. The resurfacing will also preserve and greatly increase the useful life of the deteriorating infrastructure.
